Shipping Policies

All shipments leaving our print facilities are inspected and signed for by the carrier. We ship all orders via UPS to any location in North America. We also offer an order pick up option from our locations in Pickering, Ontario and soon from Mississauga, Ontario. To ensure protection against breakage, we use a high quality damage resistant material. We do not deliver to PO box addresses.

Refunds & Exchanges

There are no returns or refunds on customized products.

However, if an order is not well received due to an error on our part we will reprint the order and ship it Ground Service. Replacement orders will be processed within our normal time frame of 5-7 business days plus ground shipping time; however, you may opt to pay for rush shipping. All of our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty they come with.
